Workshops


Well Being Workshops have developed and facilitated a number of workshops as a proactive measure to improve health and wellbeing, these include:

  • Well Being for Women

  • Building Resilience in Children

  • Taking Care of Yourself

  • Managing Change

Workshops and training can be developed and tailored to suit your needs e.g.  (content, delivery timeframe day) /afternoon/evening, size of group. Costing will include the development, delivery and resources needed for the group and any associated travel costs.

I am an Accredited Partners in Depression Program Facilitator with the Hunters Institute of Mental Health.
